2022 Turtle Hill Covid Policy

For 2022, we are planning to hold Turtle Hill as a traditional 3-day Golden Link festival!  We are removing as many restrictions as possible, but Covid is still will us and will require some precautions. And of course, since we're following state, local, and CDC guidelines there may be some changes to our policy as we get closer to the festival  As usual, we are doing our best to balance the needs of our audience with the realities of the pandemic situation, with safety as our primary concern.

100% Vaccination Policy
To allow everyone attending to feel comfortable and confident about the festival environment, we are requiring everyone at the site to be fully vaccinated.  This includes performers, volunteers, paid staff, and audience. If you have purchased a ticket and do not have proof of vaccination at the gate, we will happily refund your ticket purchase price.


For proof of vaccination, we will accept:
• A NY State Excelsior pass stating "Vaccination"
• Your filled-in vaccination card (original, a photocopy, or a phone picture)

To verify your identity, we also require a photo ID with name matching that shown on your proof of vaccination.

Masks

Masks are recommended, but not required.  If you do not have a mask and would like one, we will provide one at the gate.

Contact Tracing Information

In case of an outbreak, we are required to have contact tracing information available for all attendees.  When purchasing tickets, the online purchasing process will require you to enter name, phone number, address, and email for each person for whom you're buying tickets.  If this information is not complete, or is filled out with incorrect information, we will need to contact you for accurate information.  

Other Covid Related Changes to the Festival

 • No On-site Meal Sales - pre-packaged meals can be ordered when purchasing tickets through our website.  Snacks and drinks will be available for sale at the festival.
