Available 7:30am to 10:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.  Club Express is our website system and provides US-based phone support to our members.  They are friendly and helpful, and you will usually have a very short wait time.  They can help with questions about logging in, purchasing problems, how to use the Festival registration system, problems with membership issues, etc.  The Club Express team will be the quickest way to get help, but only during the hours listed above.  They cannot help with non-technical issues regarding Golden Link.

Sending an email to this address will take longer to get a response depending on the webmaster's availability.  You'll usually get an answer within a day or two.  The webmaster can help with most of the same issues as listed above for Club Express Help, but can also help with non-technical issues related to Golden Link itself, the festival content and purchasing options, Covid policies, etc.
