For Whom: Everyone, and singers of all levels
Everybody improvises in life - we all do it, every time we interact with someone. It’s a surprisingly short step from improvising in life to improvising in music!
The vocal ensemble Kaleidoscope (Jesse Goldman, Deborah Latz, Jeannette Miller, and Pat Wictor) leads this improv singing workshop.
Through musical games and FUN exercises using voice and physical movement, we’ll make spontaneous, one-of-a-kind music together. We’ll also explore some simple techniques and concepts to guide creating improvised pieces.
No experience necessary – anybody can do it. All ages and musical levels welcome. Come join the fun!
